No. Whether you're a beginner or have been training for years, the program is fully customized to your current level, your body, and your goals. You just need to be committed.
What equipment or gym do I need?
Access to a commercial gym is ideal, but programs can be adapted for home setups. We'll discuss your available equipment during the onboarding process.
How long until I start seeing results?
Most clients notice measurable changes within the first 4–6 weeks. Significant physical transformation typically happens between months 3 and 6, depending on consistency and starting point.
What does the coaching include exactly?
You get a fully custom training program, tailored nutrition protocols, bloodwork analysis, weekly check-ins, direct messaging access, and ongoing adjustments as you progress. Nothing is templated.
I travel frequently — can this still work for me?
